Award Winning Art
Artist Statement:
My work explores the full spectrum of Black history—the beauty, the horror, the triumphs, and the stories once erased. Through photography and digital design, I create narratives that bridge inherited memory and lived reality. As a Black man in America, my practice confronts history to honor ancestral resilience while addressing contemporary struggles. I aim to turn storytelling into a tool for change, inviting viewers to engage deeply with the vast, human experience of Black life and ensure these stories are remembered.
